房間衞生比想象中乾淨，服務人員服務不太主動，但問到了也會幫忙答疑一下。可能這個地方的人都這風格，除了西昌市區外往螺髻山各個景點裏麪的工作人員都是這種風格。看其他網友評價説的“一切靠自己吧”非常贊同

距離螺髻山九十九里温泉售票處距離很近，位置優越。酒店環境不錯。前台看到有高齡長者入住，給免費升級了房間，贊。

房間設施那些還是挺好的，還挺新，還免費升級了房型，唯一不滿意的就是沒有熱水，也沒有洗成澡，不知道什麼原因，也沒有問前台心想衹住一晚，第二天一早就要趕路

衞生還可，環境一搬不過已經是螺髻山温泉最好的酒店了，國慶期間價格450一間，平時應該就1.200，服務態度不好基本上沒什麼服務😂強烈建議外地朋友們，不要冬季來螺髻山，泡温泉要感冒？螺髻山風景區離温泉還有十幾公里，那上面還要比西昌低8-15度，冬天估計都沒什麼好玩的，不過夏天應該是避暑勝地，來了兩次都沒見的螺髻山真面目😂也沒有興趣再來下一次了

入住普格螺吉山洋泉大酒店唯一的好處就是離九十九里温泉只有30米距離，方便一早去買140元的早門票泡温泉。酒店格價，飲食，衞生，管理各方面就一般般的。

廁所是蹲坑，沒有坐便，對於老年人來説太不方便了，很不適應。服務人員不是很熱情。對遊客提出的問題不能給予幫助
